Boomburger is a passion project started by Chef Harsh to celebrate his love for the humble burger and all of the food that has inspired him from his travels around the world. Chef Harsh believes that the burger is the perfect vehicle for almost any flavor in the world and he is here trying to prove that!
The brand was conceived during the pandemic when travel was prohibited and Chef Harsh was reminiscing about all the fantastic food he had experienced prior. He got to work immediately and recreated some of his fondest food memories in burger form.
Cut to January 2023, Boomburger has come to fruition and the brand is ready to take the country, and hopefully the world, by storm!
